Moonraker Logbook® 1.1 and newer check this site when they start. If a newer pack is published, the program shows a banner. Updates for a platform you already bought stay with that purchase — you do not pay again.

The first public build has no updater inside it. Download 1.1 once from this site (or from your original purchase if the link still works). After that, the program will tell you about later packs on its own.
Your contacts live in data/logbook.db next to the program. Do not delete that folder. Settings, FCC check, and maps key are in the same database.
Download the zip for the platform you paid for. Unzip it to a new folder. Do not dump the new files on top of a copy that is still running.
data into the new folderCopy the whole data folder from the old copy into the new copy. Then start the new program. Confirm a couple of QSOs are still there, then you can retire the old folder.
From HAM Log, export ADIF before you move folders. That file is the paper trail if a copy goes missing. CB log has CSV/JSON export on the same page.
